It is a simulation of a restaurant with customers and staff that you control from your own home or an arcade in your spare time where you can test your cooking skills and make money at the same time! 

The Penguin Diner is a game where you are an owner of a diner. You have to make sure that you serve the best food possible to your customers so that they will return again and again. The objective is to gain the most customers per hour and eventually become the best diner in town. Sounds easy, well it kind of is but you need to work hard for it.
